Press Release Summary = Perfect Home Living INC., a Non-Profit Organization committed to the education of consumers, financial institutions and law enforcement agencies on loopholes used by mortgage and real estate fraud criminals is requested on Capitol Hill.
Press Release Body = Salt Lake City, UT / Press Release / -- As the political campaigning hits full stride, there are those that are looking beyond the election in 2006. With only a few months left in the year, Utah House of Representative Paul Ray works diligently in preparation of introducing Utah\'s Mortgage Fraud Bill to the 2007 Legislative Session.
Although in the past many groups have vehemently opposed such legislative language, critics and proponents now agree that Utah\'s ranking of number two in the nation for mortgage fraud is a call to action that can no longer be ignored.
On October 24, 2006, Representative Ray met with industry professionals and law enforcement officials in the West building of the Capitol Complex to amass a work group for discussion and input on a bill certain to make history for the State of Utah.
\"To be apart of such an esteemed group of professionals and peers certainly is a humbling experience but is also shows that those within the real estate industry respect the work and insight that Perfect Home Living has brought to the table,\" said Sheri Fitzpatrick, Utah Real Estate Broker and CEO of Perfect Home Living INC., a Non-Profit Organization committed to the education of consumers, financial institutions and law enforcement agencies on loopholes used by mortgage and real estate fraud criminals.
From the meeting\'s onset leaders of Utah\'s Real Estate community discussed the pros and cons of Representative Ray\'s bill. Chris Kyler, CEO of the Utah Association of Realtors, at many times during the meeting displayed his legal prowess of the law and deeply cemented passion at seeing this legislation to fruition.
Likewise other meeting attendees like Corey Martin, Executive Director for the Utah Association of Mortgage Brokers repeatedly expressed his Association\'s willingness to come to the table and desire to work with Perfect Home Living on public service announcements and other forms of education for Utah\'s consumers.
\"Without question the meeting was a success and for the first time we had law enforcement in attendance,\" added Fitzpatrick.
West Valley City\'s Chief of Police, Thayle \"Buzz\" Nielsen took a proactive role in round tabling and discussing the need for law enforcement to gain training and education in an effort to better understand the red flags of the mortgage and real estate industry.
Chief Nielsen\'s dialogue opened the door for Perfect Home Living to provide educational training on mortgage and real estate fraud to law enforcement officers of West Valley City.
\"We see this as a tremendous opportunity not only for Perfect Home Living but also for West Valley City Law Enforcement and for the diverse make up of citizens that call West Valley City home. In addition we hope that Mayors and Chiefs of Police throughout this great state of Utah, follow in Chief Nielsen\'s footsteps of remaining proactive to examples of mortgage and real estate fraud,\" added Fitzpatrick.
Additionally in attendance were Senior Fraud Investigators from Freddie Mac, Pierre Alley, Chairman of the Utah Mortgage Commission and Derek Miller, Director of Utah\'s Division of Real Estate.
